These terms set the ground rules for using thrivewithpeace.com and any of the books, coaching, or digital products offered through it. By visiting the site or buying anything from it, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions before you buy or sign up, email info@thrivewithpeace.com and we will be glad to clarify.
The site is operated by Dr Peace Adaji, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Where we refer to "we", "us", or "Thrive with Peace" on this page, we mean Dr Peace Adaji. Where we refer to "you", we mean the person visiting the site or buying a product.
Thrive with Peace publishes books, digital resources, and coaching for women. Some of the content is free, some is paid, and some is offered through email subscriptions. Specific details about each product, including price and what is included, are shown on the relevant page at the time of purchase.
You do not need an account to read the site or subscribe to the newsletter. When you buy a digital product through Payhip, Payhip handles the checkout, payment, and delivery of the file. Your payment data goes to Payhip and their payment partners, not to us. If you run into trouble with an order, email info@thrivewithpeace.com and we will help you sort it out.
Prices on the site are in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise. VAT is added at checkout where applicable based on your country. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned in the usual sense, our standard policy follows the 14-day refund window offered by Payhip. If you bought a digital product and it is not what you expected, email us within 14 days with your order details and we will issue a refund. We will not refund purchases after 14 days, but we will always try to help if there is a genuine problem with the file or its delivery.
Coaching is offered by application. Applying does not guarantee a place. Before any coaching engagement begins, we will send you a separate coaching agreement covering cadence, cancellation, and what we each commit to. If a coaching agreement has not yet been sent, no contract has been formed.
All of the writing, artwork, and design on the site is owned by Dr Peace Adaji unless credited otherwise. You are welcome to share links to pages and quote short passages with attribution. You may not reproduce the books, worksheets, or paid resources without written permission. Digital products you buy are for your personal use; please do not redistribute them.
Please use the site respectfully. Do not submit false information through the forms, do not attempt to break the site or its security, and do not impersonate anyone. We may block access if this is abused.
Nothing on the site is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Dr Peace Adaji writes from personal experience and professional training, but every reader's situation is different. If you are facing a health issue, a mental-health crisis, a legal matter, or a financial decision, please speak to a qualified professional who can look at your specific situation.
We take care to make sure the site and its resources are accurate and helpful, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from reading them or doing the exercises. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any loss connected with the site or its products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by email will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
If we update these terms we will change the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be flagged on the homepage or in the newsletter. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new version.
